Mrs. Altig’s class talked about the 5 senses last week. We ended the week smelling different items with our eyes closed and guessing what we were smelling. We used our sense of taste to try sweet, salty, bitter, and sour food. Then gave a thumb up if it was liked it and a thumb down if it wasn’t liked. We practiced using a little dot of glue for the first time this week. We also had our 1st evacuation drill. All the students were safe, respectful, and responsible during the drill.
Learning to share a book with a friend (or teacher), putting your own paint shirt on, twisting open a bottle of glue….the simple, yet important things of preschool in Mrs. Henline’s room. @nppsd
