Good afternoon Bullpup families I wanted to send just a few reminders about our young children that our adults are noticing during drop off in the mornings and pick up in the afternoons. Statute 60-6,267: It is unlawful for the driver of any motor vehicle which has or is required to have an occupant protection system: a. To transport any child less than eight years of age, b. Without the use of a correctly installed child passenger restraint system, c. Of a type which meets the standards of the NHTSA d. The child must be in a rear seat if available (not already occupied by a child less than eight years old). e. Children less than two years old must be in a rear-facing device until the child outgrows the height or weight requirement by the manufacturer.
