Mrs. Altig’s class filled their token tower for good behavior last week. They got to vote if they wanted to bring a stuffed animal to school or wear a hat! The students loved showing their stuffed animals what we do at school.

Lot's of fun learning about dinosaurs in Mrs. Chromy's classroom! We had a visit from Dino the Dinosaur, pretended to be paleontologists as we searched for dinossur fossils, made dinosaurs with playdoh, counted dinosaurs, cut and matched dinosaur bodies, made dinosaur fossils in the art area, danced to dinosaur songs and read stories about dinosaurs.

Center time is an important time at Jefferson preschool. We do a lot of learning through play and using our imagination. From exploring the amazing smelling pumpkin play-doh with friends,or making earrings like Mrs. Payne, to playing nicely with a baby doll, or having a teacher help you make a monster puppet. We love learning through play!
