Please join us on Saturday, January 28th at 3:00 at the NPHS PAC for a free concert put on by the North Platte Middle School Honor Band! The band is made up of 80 middle school students from 16 different schools from across Nebraska! This year's guest conductor is Dr. John Wojcik, Director of Bands at Chadron State College.

Jefferson Elementary Kindergarten and 1st-Graders are under construction while celebrating their 100th Day of Learning.

North Platte Public Schools will be closed on Thursday, January 19, 2023. This includes all schools and facilities. Additionally, all NPPS travel, activities, programs, or events, including but not limited to academic or athletic practices, Kids Klub, walking clubs, or events hosted at any NPPS location, are canceled.


Due to continued predictions of heavy snow, freezing temperatures, and hazardous travel conditions, North Platte Public Schools will be closed on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. This includes all schools and facilities.
