Good morning fabulous NPHS leadership! I did a "wild card" activity last week and wanted to share. We have been learning about writing informative essays, and last week was about Zion National Park. We talked about things we can do when we visit, so last week we culminated our assessment by going "camping" and making smores! :) The kids had a blast! (Mrs. Kelli Sheet)

Key Club was up bright and early Sunday morning to help with the Autumn River!

Journalism students updated the trophy case with more-recent yearbooks and journalism awards. Be sure to go check it out: shout out to Savannah and her sweet dusting skills! :)

Beautiful day for tennis at NPHS! Good luck fellas!!

Camo night in the boneyard!

Freshmen are getting some hands-on preparation as they begin to read portions of Wild by Cheryl Strayed as part of English 9! (The pack is full of actual hiking gear, so students will have a great understanding of the author's actual experience!)

We are aware of Friday’s weather forecast. In the event of heavy rain, the change wars and senior night recognition for football, trainers, cross country, girls’ golf, and boys’ tennis would be moved to October 6th's homecoming game. In the event this happens, an announcement will be made closer to that time.

Senior banners are going up. Thanks to NPPS maintenance department for your work on this.

FCS Club had a productive meeting last night. We learned how to make a meal for one person. We made pasta sauce from scratch to put over our pasta, we made garlic bread and green salad for our side dishes and had brownies for dessert.
