Is is time for your family to make Healthy Lifestyle Changes? Building Healthy Families is a program that will inspire your family to take action in a life-long healthy eating and physical activity behaviors. The program is designed for families with children with excessdive body weight. 12 weekly sessions with refresher sessions up to 1 year. The information session is at the North Platte Rec Center Jan. 10th at 6:00pm. It's a free program with great coaching PLEASE attend!
