This week, Miss Folchert was gone, so the students made missing posters of their teacher! We also got another visit from Ms. Amber about our eggs! We’re so excited for them to hatch next week!
Mrs. Altig’s class is loving learning all about eggs. We have talked about reptile, amphibian, and bird eggs. We even got to touch eggs in each group! We have decided that we have bird eggs in our incubator. We are getting ready for the eggs to hatch and excited to see what kind of birds they are. Miss Amber even helped us make it home for them!

At Jefferson preschool we also got to read some fub Dr. Suess books and make some crafts! We read Cat in the Hat, The Lorax, 10 Apples Up On Top, and more. We had an amazing week and we all LOVE to read :)
Jefferson preschool also had the opportunity to have the 2nd and 3rd graders come out to the preschool and read to us. We had so much fun! We even got the privilege of having the second grade teacher Ms. Hodges read to all of us at the end.

celebrating Read Across America week and we had some fun dress up days. Some of our favorite dress up days was " Dress up as your favorite book character day" and "dress like a teacher day". We all had so much fun!
Last week we celebrated Dr. Seuss for his birthday! Mrs. Altig’s class had the cat in the hat read a story to us! We put together a birthday puzzle and took silly pictures! Preschool is fun!
