Thursday Mrs Carters class celebrated 2 birthdays! We did have special treats to celebrate however the love from the students making sure to say Happy Birthday! And singing melted my ❤️ We are truly becoming a community and classroom family. Showing love and concern for others throughout the day. #npps

In Mrs. Chromy's class, we are learning our letters and practicing identifying our emotions using mirrors.
To end our week at Jefferson preschool, we read the book Chicka, Chicka, Boom,Boom, because we are being introduced to alphabetical knowledge. We then had to go on a hunt for all the letters around the room and wrote the letters we found. We then had to bring all of the letters back to the coconut tree :) We had a blast :)
Here are a few more pictures from the Jefferson preschool classroom. We LOVE our center time, from taking care of babies to building towers in the block center, we are creating friendships and learning to problem solve. We also got to practice making letters in fall sprinkles last week and ehat better way to celebrate our day than a dance party? :)
Jefferson preschoolers had a great full week of school! We worked on name recognition and writing our name with paint and q-tips, played in water beads, practiced making letters in shaving cream, and enjoyed our center time (learning through play). Be on the look out for a few more posts :)
When Mrs. Altig catches us being good she gives us a token. When our token tower is full we get to do something fun. This week we got to eat a popsicle when we filled our token tower. #NPPS
