7th & 8th graders who attended summer strength and conditioning making 75% or more of the sessions were awarded t shirts.. way to go Bulldogs!

Sign up meeting Tuesday Oct 19
Practice starts Oct 25
Parent meeting Oct 27
Please get cleared in the counselors office to get your BLUE slip.. you can’t practice until you have the slip .
Congrats to the NPMS XC State Runners. Here are how they finished individually.
Team Girls finished 16th out of 26 and Boys finished 7th out of 34 Teams.
Girls had 244 runners and the Boys had 305 total runners
