Please think about joining the Adams Speech Team. It is a great place to meet new friends, work both competitively and cooperatively, and build your confidence and speaking skills. There are individual events and group events. Individual events include informative, persuasive and entertainment speeches. Also, we have storytelling and poetry, the things that make us laugh and cry. If you don’t like being alone on stage, then duet acting or oral interpretation of drama could be for you. Are you a quick thinker? If so, then impromptu speaking could be your event. In Speech, there is something to fit everybody! If you are interested, please attend the informational meeting on Thursday, January 13, in the Library.
