PTO's End of Year Bash was a wild one this year! We packed in a TON of fun, food, and memories made in just an hour. Thankfully Mrs. Gale and PTO made the decision to shut things down a bit early for the safety of everyone, due to weather. Thank you for a GREAT year!! Cheers to one more day!! Dismissal at noon tomorrow (Thursday)!! As always, check out Facebook for more photos.

Good afternoon, Washington Wildcats Families,
We wanted to let you know that a waiver will be sent home today for the bouncy houses featured at our End-of-Year Bash. To help reduce wait times at the event, please sign and return the waiver with your student by tomorrow.
Bracelets are also being sent home today to allow participation in the bouncy houses.
There will be waivers available at the bash as well.
We hope to see you all there!

Mrs. Mortimer's 2nd graders enjoyed camping themed math activities, made smores in a cup, listened to Camping Spree with Mr. Magee, and had some flashlight Friday fun (last Friday)! Room transformations are SUCH fun!

Washington's 4th graders got to experience life in the 1800 and early 1900s during their Living History Day! They toured Buffalo Bill Cody's ranch, barn, blacksmith, Canteen with ration stamps, and wildlife station. They even sat in a one-room school house, played 1800s games, and watched spinning and weaving. What a different world!!

Bump Up Day!!
Yesterday, Washington students got a preview of what their year will look like when they return after summer break! Each class "bumped up" to their next grade level for a time. The teachers shared a little about what next year will look like and what to expect. 5th graders will have their trip to Madison today for a similar experience. Yesterday they chilled in the PreK room and enjoyed a trip down memory lane with some coloring and play time :)
