This is the Foods, Restaurants and Cooking unit where students learn cooking terms as well as cultural practices in French-speaking countries in regards to restaurants and meals. Today we specifically read about French charcuterie boards- how they are normally made, when they are made and eaten and what kinds of items are typically included.
