Freshmen are getting some hands-on preparation as they begin to read portions of Wild by Cheryl Strayed as part of English 9! (The pack is full of actual hiking gear, so students will have a great understanding of the author's actual experience!)

In the event of heavy rain, the change wars and senior night recognition for football, trainers, cross country, girls’ golf, and boys’ tennis would be moved to October 6th's homecoming game. FCS Club had a productive meeting last night. We learned how to make a meal for one person. We made pasta sauce from scratch to put over our pasta, we made garlic bread and green salad for our side dishes and had brownies for dessert.
