We are so proud of our Lincoln Elementary students! 🎶💙. Six of our students had the honor of representing Lincoln Elementary at Sing Around Nebraska on Saturday, January 17th. They joined 148 students from 8 different schools for a day filled with music, learning, and unforgettable performances.

Our kindergarten students wrapped up their learning about kings and queens with a royal celebration! From crowns to castles, they had so much fun celebrating all they’ve learned about royalty, history, and imagination.

Over 400 merchants, including WalMart, BestBuy, Family Bookstore, Kohl's and Old Navy, have joined together to give back up to 50% of all sales to our school just for shopping through SchoolStore.com. To shop and support our school, simply go to www.schoolstore.com and select our school. Participation is key in helping get the word out about our School Store. Soon your child will come home with a lanyard requesting you to help them send emails to friends and family. December is always a busy month, and we’re proud of our Lincoln Lions for continuing to show up and do their best! 🦁💪. Our schoolwide attendance goal is 95% or above, and several grade levels met or exceeded that goal this month — great job! 👏👏. Thank you to our families for making attendance a priority. Last Friday was full of holiday cheer as our students enjoyed a day of festive Holiday Stations! Students had a blast ice skating in the gym, playing plaid reindeer games, creating festive directed drawings, showing off their moves in a dance off, and relaxing with a holiday movie. 🎶⛸️🦌. We wrapped up the day the best way possible—singing Christmas carols together and celebrating the season as a school family. ❤️🎄. What a joyful way to kick off the holiday break! 🎉📊 They earned it… one piece of tape at a time! 📊🎉. Our 3rd–5th-grade students had an absolute blast taping Mrs. Allen to the wall after working hard to meet their attendance goals and MAP testing goals! 🙌. Each goal met = more tape, and our students showed incredible commitment, focus, and teamwork along the way. What a fun (and slightly sticky 😄) way to celebrate perseverance, growth, and showing up ready to learn every day.

Our school was filled with smiles, laughter, and holiday magic as Santa stopped by to spread cheer to our Lincoln Lions on Friday! 🎄.
