SkillsUSA - There will be a work night tonight, Jan. 26th from 7:00 - 8:30pm in the electricity lab.  We will register you for the State Competition on that night.  It is important that you are there so we can get you registered.  If you have any questions see an Advisor.


Interested in playing Super Smash Brothers or League of Legends?  Come check out E Sports as we get together our spring team to compete against other schools in Nebraska.  It's not too late to join.  Meeting will be today, Jan. 26th starting after school at 3:30pm in room 1103.  We will discuss the upcoming season and what it takes to join.  If you are not able to attend please contact Mrs. McBeain.


The Snowball dance is scheduled for tomorrow, Jan. 27th from 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM .  All fines and fees and even lunch account balances must be paid prior to purchasing a ticket for the dance.  Tickets cost $5.00 and tickets will not be available for purchase the night of the dance.  Just a reminder that even early grads MUST be invited by a current North Platte student. 

If you have taken  a Dual Credit class this year, the Reimbursement Applications are available online at Dual Credit Reimbursement or in the Counselor's Office.  Those need to be completed, with a copy of your college transcript and proof of payment by January 31st.  You will be reimbursed $25.00 per credit for classes you have completed.  See your counselor if you have any questions.


If you enjoy playing some casual basketball with friends, be sure to participate in our intramural league. We will be having an informational meeting after school on Thursday, Feb. 2nd in the commons for anyone interested.  If you cannot attend or have any questions, contact Ms. Cepel.

Attention seniors!  Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation's ONE Application for many Scholarships is accepting applications through Tuesday, February 28th.  ONE Application is designed to save you time.  Answer a few very basic questions and the system looks at 72 local scholarships to determine which ones you are eligible to apply for.  Go to  Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation to apply.
