Congratulations to our January Bulldogs of the Month:

North Platte Trap Team will have a beginning of the year information meeting. All students grades 6-12 are invited to attend the informational meeting for the 2023 Trap season tonight, January 13th at 7pm at Adams Middle School. All students, new and returning, interested in shooting this season need to attend with a parent.


If you are interested in participating in intramural basketball this year, please fill out the form that was sent to your email by the end of today, January 13th.


Attention Bulldogs! The yearbook staff will be taking activity and group portraits today, Jan. 13th starting at 8:05 a.m. Check with your advisers for more information. Be sure to wear team attire if applicable. The order of taking pictures will be posted near the Main Office. 



Fellowship of Christian Athletes will have its 2nd Semester kick off on Wednesday, January 18th.  Join us for some great snacks, a few games, and good conversation.  See you in the Dawg Pound at 8:00 p.m.




Art students from 1st and 2nd term - Please come pick up your leftover artwork by Friday, Jan. 20th.



Woods 1 and Woods 2 students, please come and pick up your projects as soon as possible.  The woods area is full and we need room for the classes this semester.  If not picked up by Jan. 23rd they will be disposed of. 


Snowball Dance Guest Forms and tickets will be available in the Main Office from Mrs. Persinger beginning Tues., Jan. 17th 💃 

All fines and fees and even lunch account balances must be paid prior to purchasing a ticket for the dance. 

Tickets cost $5.00  

ALL guest forms must be returned no later than Wednesday, Jan. 25th @ 4:00 PM

Just a reminder that even early grads MUST be invited by a current North Platte student. 

The Snowball dance is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 27th @ 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM 

Tickets will not be available for purchase the night of the dance 

If you have taken or are taking a Dual Credit class this year, the Reimbursement Applications are also available in the Counselor's Office.  Those need to be completed, with a copy of your college transcript and proof of payment by January 31st.  You will be reimbursed $25.00 per credit for classes you have completed.  See your counselor if you have any questions.


Juniors and Seniors! Are you interested in Wayne State College or Chadron State College? Would you like to know more about these colleges? Come to the Counseling Office and let us know! 


Attention seniors!  Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation's ONE Application for many Scholarships is accepting applications through Tuesday, February 28th.  ONE Application is designed to save you time.  Answer a few very basic questions and the system looks at 72 local scholarships to determine which ones you are eligible to apply for.  Go to  Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation to apply.


Interested in attending a college presentation?  See Mrs. Schumacher in the Counselor's Office to sign up!  Representatives will be visiting the North Platte High School Career Center on the following dates:    Colby Community College - Tuesday, Jan. 24th @ 1:15pm
