Announcements for Monday, Dec. 19th

The Student Council is hosting an Ugly Sweater Contest. Tuesday, December 20th, wear your ugly sweater to school, have a picture taken, and submit the picture to our Instagram account @nphs_studentcouncil. There will be 5 winners: A teacher, Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, and a Senior. The Prize? A gift card to Dunhams Sports. Winners will be announced during the Pep Rally.

National Honor Society will meet on Monday, December 19, at 3:30 in the Career Center. Please bring your service project gifts for a wrapping party. Gifts can also be dropped off to Mrs. Snively's room in 2104 ahead of time if needed.

There will be a meeting for all boys not out for a winter sport who intend to participate in soccer this spring, in room 2207 right after school on Monday, December 19th. The meeting will be to discuss winter conditioning and open gyms. All players not out for a winter sport should attend. If you have questions, see Coach Whitney in 2207.

Monday, December 19th after school in the commons we'll be celebrating with Kalee Brosius signing her letter of intent to compete at Concordia for Track and Field . Come join us!

Interested in attending a college presentation? See Mrs. Schumacher in the Counselor's Office to sign up! Representatives will be visiting the North Platte High School Career Center on the following dates: Doane University - Wednesday, Jan. 11th @ 10:00am, Peru State College - Thursday, Jan. 12th @ 1:30pm and Colby Community College - Tuesday, Jan. 24th @ 1:15pm
