Girls tennis will have a short informational meeting and sign-up for any girls interested in playing tennis this spring in Room 2409 after school at 2:30pm today, Feb. 11th.
All boys interested in trying out for the golf team... there will be a short sign up/informational meeting on Friday, Feb. 13th @ 3:30pm in Room 2207. Please contact Coach Kaminski if you cannot attend.
FBLA – IMPORTANT MEETING
FBLA Leadership will meet Friday, Feb. 20th, @ 7:30am before school to discuss the upcoming February club meeting. This meeting is extremely important—we have a lot to cover and leadership members must be present and ready to participate so we are fully prepared moving forward. Your voice and involvement matter.
FBLA Club Meeting – MANDATORY
FBLA will hold a mandatory club meeting on Friday, Feb. 25th, from 3:30–5:30 PM after school. This meeting will include state competition sign-ups as well as our official monthly FBLA meeting. All members are expected to attend. If you are unable to be there, you must speak with Mrs. Welte prior to the meeting. This meeting is required and directly impacts our state participation.
FBLA Winter Fundraiser – BRRR Baskets Raffle
Our winter fundraiser is in full swing, and BRRR Baskets raffle tickets are available now in Mrs. Welte’s room! FBLA members—make sure you pick up your raffle ticket packets ASAP. This fundraiser is what makes it possible for us to attend state, and we’re seeing great success so far—let’s keep the momentum going! Need more tickets? Stop by Mrs. Welte’s room for a refill.
Looking to buy tickets? You can purchase them directly from Mrs. Welte or from any FBLA member. We are also available at all home events - check out the baskets in the commons during Home sporting events. Support FBLA and help send us to state competition.
Pre Med Club will meet again on Monday, February 23rd in the Great Plains Health Hospital conference rooms at 7PM. We will be meeting with a malpractice lawyer and would love to see you there!
Mid Plains Community College will be offering Drivers Education Classes February 16th - 27th in the evenings on the North Campus. For more information call Mandy Brandes @ 308-535-3678.
Are you interested in traveling to Europe? In June of 2027, the language teachers at North Platte High School will be taking students and families to England, France and Spain. For more information, please talk to Tamina Hartman in room 2308 or Sandra Mejia in room 2307. There will be an information meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 25th at NPHS room 2308 at 6:30pm.
