Tuesday, Dec. 16th
Attention all ladies NOT out for a winter sport, interested in playing soccer this spring. We will have a meeting Thursday, December 18th after school in room 1304. At this time we will hand out the winter conditioning/open gym schedule. Hope to see you there!
There will be a meeting for all students planning to try out for soccer this spring who are not currently participating in a winter sport on Thursday, immediately after school, in room 2207. We will discuss preseason conditioning and open-field opportunities. If you can't attend the meeting, see Coach Whitney in room 2207.
Dual Credit Students: It is time to register for spring classes for terms 3 and 4! MPCC will be here from 8:30am-Noon this week, stop by and see Kayla before going home for Christmas break in the Counseling Office. All classes are FREE!
Please see your counselor over the next 4 days if you have any schedule changes you want to make for 2nd semester classes. We would like all schedule changes completed prior to leaving the building on December 19th.
Attention Upperclassmen! Art Dept. is always needing student aides to help us out. If you're interested in aiding and want to work hard doing some unique jobs, come see Mrs. DeVoe or Mrs. Mason before the Dec. 18th deadline. Current and former art students are preferred, but any hardworking student with integrity will be considered.
Reminder that the December FFA Chapter Meeting will take place tonight, Dec. 16th @ 7:00pm in the Ag Room. Remember to bring a small gift if you want to participate in the white elephant gift exchange. The CDE practice schedule will also be discussed.
Chess Club – Mondays | 3:30–5:00 PM (Room 1204) Make your move! Join Chess Club every Monday after school to test your strategy, sharpen your focus, and enjoy some friendly competition. Whether you’re a beginner or a grandmaster in training, everyone is welcome—just bring your best moves and have fun!
Dungeons & Dragons Club – Tuesdays | 3:30–5:00 PM (Room 1204) Adventure awaits in Room 1204! Gather your party every Tuesday after school for D&D—roll the dice, battle dragons, and create legendary stories together. No experience needed—just imagination, teamwork, and a sense of adventure!
Seniors: Didn't get your graduation items ordered before the Nov. 14th deadline? Not all products will be available and the prices may be significantly higher, as you will not be part of the group order, but there is still time to order. If you plan on participating in the graduation ceremony on Sunday, May 10, 2026 you must have a cap, gown and tassel. Order online at www.midwestgrads.com as soon as possible. See Mrs. Schumacher in the Counselor's Office if you have any questions.
