Thursday, Sept. 4th

Reminder: 2025 Homecoming Dance tickets are currently on sale through your Infinite Campus account. Tickets will ONLY be on sale through tomorrow, Sept. 5th. You may also pick up a HOCO nomination form from the office to nominate the 2025 Homecoming Court. Next Wednesday, join us Downtown on The Bricks for the Bulldog Parade and the announcement of your 2025 Homecoming King and Queen. 

The Girls Basketball Team will be having a meeting after school today, Sept. 4 in Coach Hammonds Room (1404) for all girls not currently participating in a fall sport. We will discuss upcoming open gym and conditioning opportunities. All girls planning to play basketball this season that are not currently in a fall sport should plan to attend.

The Absolute All-Star Art Club will be meeting today, September 4th after school in Mason's room #1539 at 3:30 pm. If you have missed the previous meetings, don't you fret!! There is still time to join our whimsy crew, so please feel free to stop in. Today we will be playing with some polymer clay, so come show off your sculpting skills, or to simply join in on our fun artistic atmosphere!

There will be a short meeting after school on Friday, Sept. 5th at 3:30  in room 1513/1514 for all students interested in being part of the Unified Bowling team. If you are unable to attend the meeting please email Mrs. Matuszczak or stop by her room.

The Pre-Med Club will have a meeting on Monday, Sept 8th at 7PM at Great Plains Health Hospital in the conference rooms. It will be Speed Dating With Medical Professionals. We will be talking to people currently working in the medical field. Again, contact Alex Sexson if you have any question.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, all are welcome. Come sharpen your skills, challenge your classmates, and have fun!

There will be an informational meeting about this year's competition one act, After the War, on September 15th in Room 1403. If you would like to audition or join the stage crew, please plan to attend.  Questions?  Track down Ms. Cepel or Mrs. McDaniel. 

Are you interested in traveling to Europe?  In June of 2027, the language teachers at North Platte High School will be taking students and families to England, France and Spain.  For more information, please talk to Tamina Hartman in room 2308 or Sandra Mejia in room 2307.

Please excuse the following students today, Sept. 4th for JV/Varsity volleyball in Grand Island. They will need to grab their phones after Block 2, then they will go eat "A" lunch, but phones will be put away. The bus will leave at 1:30pm.

Please excuse the following students ALL day for our varsity meets in York today, Sept. 4th & in Grand Island tomorrow, Sept. 5th.

Cross Country Athletes should be dismissed all day today, Sept. 4th from school and the bus will depart at 6:30AM. We will order lunches from the school.
