Tonight, Dec. 18th is FCS Club's Fabulous Rocking Christmas Party. Bring a dozen cookies and a $5 gift random gift to exchange. It's going to be a Rockin' good time!  For more information ask Mrs. Odle or check the flyers in the hall.






The Chess Club will meet on Tuesday, Dec. 19th in Mr Seybold's Room 1205 right after school. Hope to see you there.





For all girl track athletes who do not do a winter activity there will be a 5 minute meeting in Swedberg's room right after school on Tuesday, Dec. 19th.





Come join Fellowship of Christian Athletes on Wednesday, Dec. 20th at 8:00 p.m. in the Dawg Pound for games, snacks and great conversation about motivation and goal setting.  Whether you are a team athlete or love to put in miles or weights by yourself, FCA has a place for you!




There will be a meeting this Wednesday, Dec. 20th immediately after school in room 2207 for all boys planning on trying out for soccer this spring who are NOT OUT FOR A WINTER SPORT. The meeting will be to discuss pre-season conditioning and open gym opportunities. If you are unable to attend, see Coach Whitney in room 2207.




Bulldog Productions is hosting a screenwriting competition open to all students. Any student may submit a script for a short film.  The top script will win 50 dollars.  Scripts must be less than 20 minutes and producible by our film program.   Top scripts will be produced during term 3 with your name on the writing credit.   Not sure how to write a script?  Short story format with dialogue will also be accepted.  All entries are due by Wednesday, December 20th.  Email entries to Mr. Willey.   See Mr. Willey for details. 





Are you taking a Dual Credit class next semester (January-May)??  You MUST register with MPCC to get your college credits!  A representative from MPCC will be in the Counseling Office again on Monday, Jan. 8th from 8 am - 4pm for one LAST DAY to help you get registered and/or applied for your Spring Dual Credit classes. Make sure you stop by so you can be ready for the 2nd semester!

The North Platte Community College Foundation has a Dual Credit/Early Entry scholarship for ANYONE taking a dual credit class in terms 3 and/or 4.

Come to the counseling office to pick up an application.

Return the application form to the counseling office by December 21st!
