The Homecoming Dance is tonight, Oct. 6th. As a reminder the homecoming dance will start 30 mins after the conclusion of the football game and end at 11:00pm. Tickets are $10.00 and are available in the Main Office until 2:00pm today. There will be absolutely NO ticket sales after 2:00pm today with no exceptions. Remember -- ALL fees and fines, including lunch accounts, MUST be paid prior to purchasing a ticket.
Starting at 5:00pm we will be serving up Hot Raising Cane's chicken fingers for only $8!! Hope to see everyone there!!
SENIORS, DON'T FORGET...
- MidWest Grads will be here on Tuesday, October 10th from 11:00am - 1:00pm in the Commons to take your graduation orders. Payment is due at time of purchase. See flyer above for details.
- It is time to check the spelling of your name that will be on your diploma. Mrs. Schumacher has a list at her desk. Stop into the Counselor's Office or email Mrs. Schumacher as soon as possible to do this. Any name that is not checked and corrected before diplomas are ordered will be replaced at your expense.
- The local scholarships are now available! Stop by the Counselor's Office to pick up the scholarship applications that you may qualify for. These scholarships are listed in your Post Planning Booklet and can also be found and printed from our high school webpage, NPHS Counselor's Corner. Completed scholarship applications are due to the Counselor's Office by Friday, Dec. 15th!
Juniors & Seniors! Are you interested in checking out Central Community College in Hastings and Grand Island? Are you thinking about a career in Culinary Arts, Dentistry, Early Childhood Education, Auto Body and Tech., Advanced Manufacturing Design Technology, Medical Assisting or Lab. Tech., Pharmacy Tech., or Occupational Therapy Assistant? Come join us for a campus visit on November 8th! Sign up in the counseling office by October 19th.
Interested in attending a college presentation? See Mrs. Schumacher in the Counselor's Office to sign up! Representatives will be visiting the North Platte High School Career Center on the following dates: Colorado Christian University - Thursday, Oct. 12th @ 11:00am
