Mrs. Cortney is our Spreading Seeds of Change Award Winner! When we think of someone who advocates for kids and will do whatever it takes to support them, Cortney stands out! Cortney goes above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of our students and staff. She truly cares for each of us. Her impeccable attention to detail is noticed and appreciated. Cortney makes McDonald better and we are grateful to have her on our team. Thank you, Cortney, for all you do for our Mustang family.

Congrats to these 5th grade students for writing such amazing DARE essays! Officer Johnson stopped by to congratulate them and let them know they get to read them aloud next week for DARE graduation.

We are ready to crush MAPS testing! We spent our final day before testing playing the Amazing Race - based off of one of Ms. Lukkes’ favorite TV shows. Our 3rd graders competed in teams to complete 7 reading challenges and had a blast! They are such rockstars!

Fun Night is tonight! We will begin serving dinner at 5:30-7:00, sponsored by Nebraskaland Bank. Games, face painting and temporary tattoos begin at 6:00! Wristbands and tickets will be available at the door. Hope to see you there!
