Ms. Wagners 3rd grade celebrated the falling leaves with making some leaf hedgehogs! Had a blast collecting our own leaves to making the hedgehogs! 🦔🍂
This week in Mr. Blumanthal's Guidance class, the students customized cards for residents in nursing homes! They did a great job of expressing their creativity. The residents will love them!

Thank you UNL Extension Office for coming to our kindergarten classrooms! We loved learning and exploring the pumpkins!
Next week is Red Ribbon Week at McDonald Elementary! To bring awareness this year, we encourage the students and staff to dress up in RED on Monday, October 27th!

A BIG thank you
To our PTO !! They provided dinner and breakfast for our staff during Parent/Teacher Conferences. They also set up
and ran the Scholastic Book Fair.
On their day off, our amazing McDonald para educators spent the day learning more about Inclusive Practices.
We are blessed with such a dynamic team of support staff💙
