NPPS Students & Parents,
We have recently added an additional link called : Student and Parent Technology Support Resources on the NPPS district website under Remote Learning Resources.
Included with this information is the phone number of a Technology Helpline for our students & parents.
Student and Parent Technology Support Resources
If your student is having difficulty accessing remote learning resources you can call for assistance on the technology helpline at (308)535-6060. Technology assistants will assist you in resolving technical issues you are experiencing while accessing remote learning resources.
The helpline will be staffed from 8am - 4pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Again, the phone number for student and parent technology assistance is (308)535-6060.
NPPS staff members will continue to use current procedures in place for submitting for technical assistance through the helpdesk system.
