I’ve lost or can’t remember my userid and/or password. Is there a way to have them emailed to me?
Yes there is a way, provided your email address is currently on file within our student information system.
The procedure to have your userid and password emailed back to your email address follows:
1-From the district web page (www.nppsd.org) click on the “Parent Portal” button.
2-Next to the “Log In” button click on “Problems logging in?” link.
3-Enter your email address and click on the “Send Reminder” button.
If this email address is on file within our student information system an email will be sent back to this email address containing your userid and password. This email reminder may take a few minutes to process and arrive.
