Why did you decide to enter the teaching profession? A combination of my interest in all topics related to business, enjoyment of working with people, and involvement in FBLA while I was a high school student all led to my decision to become a high school business teacher. |
What do you enjoy most about teaching? Watching students be successful is always one thing I will value about my job. Whether they performed well on a test, won a state speech championship, or qualified for the National FBLA Conference, it is always enjoyable to watch students witness the fact that hard work does truly pay off. |

What is your favorite teaching moment? Anytime I can get my students to smile, laugh, or have a little bit of fun while they are in the classroom are good teaching moments for me. |
What is your favorite method of teaching? I have always felt that students learn best by doing. Any time that I can design a project or assignment that involves students applying their knowledge to real world situations, I feel that I am putting them in the best position to be successful later on in life. |
