The Mission of the Language Arts Department curriculum is to provide, through required, sequential and elective offerings, the development of basic reading, writing, and speaking skills as well as the practice and the mastery of those same skills. These courses are designed to meet the requirements of the NE standards. The Language Arts Department is composed of 13 faculty members.
