Jim Paloucek

Jim Paloucek was born in Ogallala in 1965 and was educated in the public schools of Holyoke, Colorado, where his dad farmed. He graduated from Holyoke High School in 1983, obtained a bachelors degree in education from Chadron State College in 1986, graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 1989, and was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association in September, 1989. Jim has lived in North Platte, working as a private practice trial lawyer, since moving here from South Bend, Indiana, immediately following law school graduation in 1989. Jim and his wife, Malinda, have four daughters, Katie, Erin, Dylan, and Jackie, all of whom have attended North Platte’s public schools.
