Stuart R. Shepherd is currently the Vice President of Development for Great Plains Regional Medical Center in North Platte, Nebraska. He is an experienced resource development professional with a broad background in marketing and public relations, multi-cultural diversity training, customer service, and corporate meeting and event planning.
He is currently serving as President of the North Platte Public Schools Board of Education and served as past Vice-President.
Stuart, and his wife Rajean worked on the management staff of the international organization Up With People for over ten years. They have traveled extensively in many countries throughout the world and enjoy learning about cultures and traditions. Stuart is a member of the Board of Directors of Up with People.
Stuart has the unique gift of making people laugh while challenging them to take risks and reach their goals. He has the innate ability to relate to diverse groups of people, helping them to see the best in others and themselves.
